This is my first time to do a BOM online.
This is a very pretty quilt and will be a fun project for myself and the online group doing this with me.
HOWEVER, I have read all the directions, read the forum postings and NOWHERE is there any mention of the mistakes in the cutting directions.
Most of them are just simple things you can adjust while cutting, like NOT cutting all the strips that are the same size, until you know whether or not you actually need them all to get the # of pieces required. Some of them you do not need to cut.
But the most confusing direction comes in the background, FABRIC E....Seventh direction down...it calls for you to cut "FOUR" 2 1/2" strips...and then sub-cut those strips into SEVENTEEN 2 1/2" x 18 1/2" rectangles....NOW, I am not a math major, but no matter how hard you try, this is NEVER going to happen!
Anyone figure out what this should really be?

Are you talking about Somewhere In Time, the bom here on Block Central? because this is posted on the thread for a different bom - BOMQuilts Strippin' With The STars (there is no cutting chart there). If it's Kim's here, I just checked the cutting page, and you're right - I'll bet it's a typo. Kim will figure this out - the sashing strips would end up 10+", not the 18" needed. Kim?? wonderful webmistress?? Could you please check into this for her? Thanks, Kim!
