Gerda, I went to check it out but don't see where to download the pattern. Did I misunderstand....Free As the Wind is the name of the block but they are wanting you to join their pattern club.

Betty I just clicked on the link I provided up above just now, and it took me to the page where you get the pattern. There are 4 boxes, the first one has a pic of the letter A and a fairy (A for Anabelle), above the pic it says Pattern, TemplateA and TemplateB. You should be able to click on those underlined words. Try it again, hon!

PS you have to get the freebie the week it's published, other wise you pay for it via the monthly fee. I did not see a pattern called Free as the Wind - they do publish other patterns weekly/monthly, but those you pay for.
