Wow, that Safari Take 5 quilt is beautiful. Now I need to go shopping for animal skin prints. Just what I need, another excuse to go to the quilt shop.

It's still early days for sign-ups, Oknana - the girls are still busy sewing their February blocks Once that's out of the way I'm sure there'll be a lot more joining in this one!

Please correct me if I'm wrong - we are going to use a solid in the centre that matched our animal print on the border ? We don't have to use skin prints in the border though, they can be wild animal prints?

Mary, I just have the antsy's about this swap!! LOL~ BUT I am excited about these red/white/blues too!!!
This is what I posted about the blocks concerning the centers:

Make the centers what you want or they can be SAFARI, I have seen lots of cheetah, zebra, tiger, zebra prints out there and I am thinking this will make a really neat and WILD quilt... CDorrect, you can use different animal prints, they do not have to be skin prints. Just no novelty prints of animals.
