I miss Simply Quilts! Even though I rarely got to watch it, it was something to look forward to on weekday mornings when I play hookey from work (like this week)
I've made a bunch of Amish Diamond blocks today for a freind's baby quilt. The center block has all different critters in it (she graduates Vet school in May and her husband graduated a couple of years ago.) I still never found the black batik (swallowed by the black hole that lurks in my home) but I did find someplain black that I'll use instead. And, just to drag this, kicking and screaming, back on topic, I've almost unearthed the unfinished Summer Tote lying on my sewing machine table! Maybe I'll actually finish it someday.... maybe...

Eleanor Burns show comes on 2 or 3 times a week. On Wednesday Central time it is 5 p.m. It quit coming on Saturdays so you'll have to check. Just do a search for her on Dish Network and all the times will come up!

I don't have pay TV and there are no quilting shows of free to air TV here at all. But I do have way too many quilting mags. I think I should start sending some with my swaps. It is almost as bad as my fabric addiction.

Everyone wanting to move deadlines. This is the one, i wish would move up closer. I been looking at different bags everyday, and theres just so many to choose from. I am in a bag whirl wind..........
