Great to have you in on this Midge and DaBell Debbie. I have both of your addresses but need phone numbers so just PM to me please.

Mary we all hope you can work it out to join us in this swap. Just let me know when you decide.

Mare I think we will leave the specifics of the purses up to the partners. I don't like restricting anyone's creativity so I think whatever you and your partner agree on is PERFECT for the rest of us.

Jacqui, you and me both darlin. I have never made a bag before either. We will just have to learn together if you decide to join in on this one! LOL

Linda, I have several totes I have made from fabric, I was just wandering if a person could use a different fiber.

Just checking.

Yes, mare. I have seen neat purses from many different fabrics. In fact, one I am thinking of would be a REAL different one. But it is fabric! And it would take someone with an open mind, though. LOL

I must be crazy... I just decided to get in on the Christmas Swap and now this *shaking head*
But I wanna join! I really enjoy making bags and would love to exchange one with someone. So I'm in! Anything that will get me motivated to get my behind in front of the sewing machine. Plus it's fun! Yippee!

Just to get a clear idea - you and your swapping partner don't have to make the same bag - you make what you want and do the swap?

Yes Mary that is correct. You each make a bag that you feel will be nice for your partner. You don't have to make the same bag.

So glad to have you with us Debi. Please PM me with your mailing address and your phone numbers.

I have started a sign up list on the first page.
