lol verry true..

i have no idea whats going on...if i made the lid smaller it looks odd.. im now making one that has 1" squares...is determed to get it right regardless if i pull out of the swap or not

You could always do your little corner triangles then measure the gap between them and add 1/2" for the 2- 1/4" seams.

As for the label, either way is OK with me.

Change me to 12 blocks. It will make either a wallhanging or a table topper for my breakfast room.

Please increase my count to 12 jars, Dorene.

My quilt shop hopping yielded lots of beautiful "jar" fabrics. I now have a stack of fat quarters ... sweets, fruits and veggies ... and the colors are just gorgeous. The fruits and veggies are for my kitchen tablecloth; the sweets and any of the cute variety jars I may receive are for my wall hanging.

I will be making a variety of jars and keeping one of each for me. If anyone has the same fabric I will just make more of a different one.

I will post pictures of sample jars soon.

But I have to finish up my quilt ... (The shop was out of the thread I think I am going to need more of to finish!!!) ... and make my April BPS Block first. My BOM's seem to be getting printed and stacked again this month.

My fingers are just itching to make one of these jars ...

I think this is becoming the 12 count Club Swap~ How fun this is~~ Going to be lots of blocks to swap~~ I will be up to my ears in sorting all the canned jars in June!!!
