Ok, I found my fabric! I'm doing Jelly beans. I'll start with four, and if I get them done early enough, I'll do more. I thought about coins, but the Jelly beans are bright and cheerful.

Looking forward to seeing what everyone else sends.

Debbie, love the blueberries!

Mary T- welcome aboard and Jelly Beans will fit right in and so do you!! Glad to have ya!

Kylie- Can't wait to see your new jar photo! Going to look right after I get this posted.

Melita-- Sorry you had to find the photos by yourself, but sure glad you were able to!

Barb McF- ANOTHER DONE!! You and Jean must have lots of time on your hands or you are both FAST! LOL! WTG though!!!

I will PM everyone in May after sign ups are over with my info for you all to mail them to me. I want to wait and just make one big PM to everyone on the list. Hope this is okay with everyone. I am thinking this way I hopefully won't leave everyone off the list! I will post when I do the PM so everyone can look for it and can let it be known on this thread if they don't get it for some reason. Sometimes cyber space lets out its gremlins and they like to come take our emails before they reach their destination.
Was a the fabric store tonight, and couldn't resist the money fabric any longer! Don't know how many will be money of mine but must do some in $$.
Hope I haven't left anyone out and everyone is having fun shopping and sewing for this swap!!

I can't wait to see them all in our album!!

All that talk about gardens, when I was in the second grade we lived in Harlan county KY. way up on a hill, We had sweet peas growing and we used to go pick them and eat them raw for snacks. Sooooo sweet, I can still remember the taste.
Did anyone ever can on an open fire with the jars in a wash tub covered with water. My friend Susie's mom did. It took 4 hours for each batch.
Suz and I were in charge of making sure the fire didn't go out.

I'll wait for the PM to package my jars up for mailing. They were fun to do. Here's the link to one of my finished jars. The contents of all 12 is the same but the background fabric varies a little as I used FQ's.

Kat, you didn't live very far from me when you were in 2nd grade. I lived in Bell county KY. Most of my relatives lived just across the state line in Claiborne county, TN and I do remember the large iron kettle over the open fire for canning and lots of other things. Oh the memories you brought back. Girl
