Oknana,
Have you updated the list with dates when you received blks? It doesn't have the date by my name, I thought they got to you on May 16th?

OKNANA -

I'm not sure how you are keeping track, but I made and sent one jar for every swapper, so that was 21 jars. I kept mine, as you requested us to do, and I sent the one extra. I wanted to be sure you changed my number to 21. Thanks!

I can't wait to see everyone's blocks all together. It's almost time! WOO HOO!

Hi, Dorene,

I mailed my blocks by Priority Mail tonight so you should have them by the end of the week. Please let me know when they arrive. Smile

I have had so much fun making these blocks.

I have sent:

12 chocolate jars
3 gummi bears
3 lollipops
3 gumballs
3 gumdrops
for 24 swap blocks

Plus one extra chocolate jar block in a marked separate ziplock baggie.

I have one of each type here at home.

I know I have sent more blocks than swappers.

Divide them up and send them out in whatever manner you can use them.

You know I will be happy with whatever blocks you are able send my way. Yippee!

Then PLEASE KEEP any extra blocks for your own quilt as a thank you for your efforts.

Thanks again for coming up with this fun idea, accepting all who wanted to participate in whatever way they could do so, and encouraging and helping us along. Running such a large swap looks pretty daunting to me.

Dorene, you are amazing!!! Big Grin

Thank you, also, to everyone who joined the swap!

Pat

Pat, You are such a great cheerleader!!! Spent all day out with DH and the grandsons going to the doctor for DH, and came home exhausted and found Marthamomma's Beautiful Blocks in the mailbox, and her sweet note, plus her goodies for the return of her postage (which I loved!) and now your very dear and sweet note on here. You ladies are just amazing to me. Such great women and such a pleasure to swap with! We are going to have beautiful quilts once they are all put together!!! I can't wait!! This has been an amazing group of women to work with, and such a wonderful pleasure to be the hostess of. Everyone has done beautiful work on their blocks that I have rec'd!!! Thank you all once again for doing super and for doing such fine work!!! You deserve a BIG THANK U! Yippee! Yippee!
