Linda, I'm saving all those tops and blocks I've won for something to do in my old age!
I'm still young right now so need to get family quilts done first!
Meg, Linda knows I don't pay any attention to her! The woman can get more quilts together before you can bat an eyelash! Her and Jean both just put me to shame! lol Betty

Right now I have 3 at the quilters, 5 ready for the quilters, and 14 that need binding. LOL! And 6 needing borders or something else, and 12 or more that I have fabric for. Of course I always have many more in my head still. LOL!
That doesn't count the WHs, ornaments, and 9s I need to make. LOL!

Well, here it is - 12:35 PM - and I just finished two of the ornament blocks. There picture is below. HOWEVER, one of them is not like the other - you know that Sesame Street song? I messed up and put background fabric where it should have been ornament. (I just made a different shaped ornament. LOL!) No one will get that one. The other is as they will all be. PLEASE - REMIND ME not to start a new paper-pieced block at 11:00 PM. LOL! Gerda, this is not the easiest paper-pieced block I've ever done. Once I figured out a surer fire way to do the corner triangles the second block went a lot easier.
The green is a green-on-green-on-green and is not olive like it looks in the picture.
One of these days I will figure out PhotoBucket.
NOTE: I have moved my picture to the album.

Thanks, Meg. I fell in love with that fabric 2 years ago and bought a lot of it. LOL! I made Jacqui's Tablerunner and Placemats out of it for the Christmas TR/PM swap in 2006, I have a TR/PM set cut out for me, I'm making a wide split rail tablecloth out of it, and now these. It reminds me of an old fashioned Christmas.

Linda & Meg Thanks for that observance, it just goes to show how excited I am to be back to sewing again. I worked on my pretty kitty sets y'day so they will be ready soon as well, I just have to find me some pretty background fabrics for them. But Linda I still can't light a candle to all those quilts that you whip out. I have found I love the piecing better than making the quilts so I will have to send my tops out to be quilted.
Gerda thanks and if will email my info over to yoyu but I am sure you have it there because nothing has changed but I will follow the rules.
Happy Quilting! Bama Deb ~ Sweet Home AL I have always been interested in people who make me laugh!!! You can never have a dull moment with these people. And if you happen to have "one of those moments" then it's okay, they just laugh with you.
