Hi, Michelle! Oh, do join in!! Smile

I'm taking sign-ups until Aug. 15, then the mail -out deadline to me is September 30, though that may be extended to Oct. 15, if there is anyone needing extra time. You will make as many as there are people on the list on page 1, and send me a FQ/F8th to me in lieu of return postage, along with a self addressed envelope and all your blocks. I will swap them out and have them mailed out by Oct. 7/21. Keep in mind mail across the border takes a bit longer, ladies, but you will have them in plenty of time. The link to the pattern is on page 1, as is the list of ladies and I will keep it current with info rec'd, etc. At this point, not counting you, we have 10 or 11 - I have 14 in process of sewing, just in case. I know one of the ladies has 25 cut out! (However many you end up making, if there are more than there are ladies, one can always get family and local friends to sign them). I will PM everyone my mailing address and other info after the sign-up date is past.

If you (or anyone else)has questions, please fire away!

Gerda

Gerda -

Don't we KEEP our block and send you one less than the list? Just asking. I will send ALL of them if that's what you want.

Linda, yes, keep your own block and send the rest to me. I had just thought it might be easier if I had all, but hey, it can't be all that hard!

Michelle, I'm so glad you joined us. Yes, I got your PM, as well as a couple others - thanks! I'm going now to update the list!

Finally! Am in the process of printing patterns off even as we speak! Steve kept forgetting to stop and get ink for the printer. And then it seemed we always on the run for a few days there. We bought a different brand of paper this time and I couldn't get it to feed through the printer without cutting the top of the pattern off. Fianlly decided the only way to go was to hand feed it. Once the printer saw that I meant business it settled down and is feeding the paper through correctly. Steve said it was too thin, I agree, but on the other hand I think the thin paper would be perfect for paper piecing. We'll see. If this works, we will kept this strictly for paper piecing and get something thicker for everyday printing.
