Well, this is a night for goofs. I just looked at the photos back on page 1 and mine are all wrong. No problem, they'll just be added to the orphans box and worked into a future quilt. I'll just dig in my stash next week and see what I come up with. I know I have the plaids, just have to find a neat fall color to go with them and I think I already have it. Hummm, now I get to play with more Happy Blocks. I love making them, they are like potato chips, you can't have just one. Big Grin

I dug through my stash last night and found a check and an autumn leaf print that I think will work. Now to find the time to make them.
That's going to be the problem. I may get them cut and take them with me to sew at the retreat next week. Problem is, I'm teaching there so my sewing time will be limited. But, if I have them already cut, shouldn't be a problem.

Hello ladies it has been a while since I have been on here since the storm, I was not too sure where to place this but since it pertains to blocks then here is where I figured it would be okay, we are slowly getting back to something that we call normal at our home we still have not completed the repairs to our home, however we are thankful that we still have a home. I, regrettfully had to pull out of the the swap and was so shocked to see that two packages came to me today from Susan Tornes and Barbara McFarr I had to come and say that I'm sorry if I did not pull out in time and will send the packages back to you ladies asap so that you may get them to the right owners, and again I apologize that you all went through this trouble sending them however I do not feel right knowing that I was unable to participate like I pledged to, so again ladies I will be sending the packages back to you so you can send them on home. Thank you for understanding and I sure have missed each and everyone of you and reading what is going on and what we are doing next however it will not be too much longer and I will be back as regular as possible.

OMG!!!! OMG!!! You ladies are the bestest Big Grin(if that is a word), how can one ever say Thank you, except saying " Thank You " from the bottom of my heart, you all have made my day, with all that one go through it is always a blessing to have friends who care so very much and something that was so totally unexpected, I will certainly keep the blocks and they will hold a very special place in my heart from such a great group of quilter, aka " MY FRIENDS".
