A little birdie told me that that Big Ole' Ugly Stinky Quilt arrived in Hobart this morning. Was he so ugly that you weren't going to admit to knowing him? Was he so ugly that he got ridden out of town on a rail? Is he in ugly jail? Is he holding you and the town for ransom? Should we send un-ugly blocks in return for your safe release?

YES YES YES!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! UGLY arrived at me house today! Sorry it has been a day. Work, took off for a funeral, rushed back to work, and been on phone with one of the kids, Cooked dinner, and at last I can sit and visit with my buddies!! YEAH!
After attending this funeral, I came home and got back into work attire and headed out the door to go back to work. As I was walking around to get into my car, I looked up and saw the post(lady) just stepping off my porch fromdelivering our mail. My eyes got site of that manilla envelope and I shouted! YIPPEE I bet that is OLE ULGY in there and went hopping over to see. You should of seen the eyes of this woman! She looks at me like I had just lost my mind, and says, excuse me, what did you just say??? I repeated and Said , Oh Let me open it and up and show you as I tell OLE UGLIES story. So we sat there and I told her all the trials of OLE ULGIES beginning and how he has been to Australia twice, and we thought he was lost, and etc, how he will have traveled 54 K before it is all said and done with him, I just went on and on about him like he was one of my RELATIVES! LOL! The look on this woman's face was PRICELESS! Her mouth hung open until the end when she just laughed out loud and said Now that's a story! And another thing, I am like you she said, I kinda like some of its fabrics!!!! We both rolled!!!! We quickly said goodbye and Ole UGLY came in the house right quick to meet my DH and then he and I were off to meet the other associates at work with me and to do some job shadowing with me! They all loved the story, and felt like they already knew him from me talking about him so much. I said Oh remmeber his relatives? Chrissy and Floral? They all loved it and thought it was so unique and priceless how we ladies can all come together and make something like this, and share so much! They also told me that I speak of each of you as my own relatives. I said well! We are all have ties to Ole Ugly so I can that makes us Kin then!!!
I can't wait to get more ugly on him and dress him up in Halloween attire to go spook the Voo-Doo village, He is hoping that he will be disguised so much, Those voo-doo dolls will not even notice him!!!! Hopefully, I can get him on his way by Thursday so he can make La. by Spook Night!!!!!!

P.s. I really did like some of those fabrics, and I am like whoever said in the beginning of this, now what does that say about me??????????? LOL!!!!!!!

OOPS! I forgot to mention about the very nice piece of fabric you put in there for me Meg! I loved it. The girls at work wanted it too! Thank you so much! Loved your sweet note too!
