I only came up with the idea, Oknana. You ladies are the ones that have made this such fun. I can't wait to see what Ole Ugly looks like when he leaves OKIE land and heads to the bayou!! That is so funny that you told your mail carrier about him because I too have told my Post Master about it. We have a tiny little post office here and the Post Master knows everyone by name. She is interested in the community and loves to talk. So I told her about Ugly's adventures down under and his world wind tour of the US and Canada. She thought it was so cool that this one quilt would have so many stories to tell. Wow what a treasure he will be when finished!!!

Dorene-

Your picture looks great. I have a picture that DH took before Ol' Ugly left Michigan, but I just could find the mental energy to get it posted. If anyone is interested, the row I added is at the bottom of OKnana's picture.

Hey I heard today thru the grapevine that OLE UGLY left the post office today and is hitching a ride to Louisiana on a hayride, but promises to sprout wings when he hits Louisiana, bc he plans to fly through the pumpkin patch due to being leary of any lurking voo-doo dolls dressed up as little sweet pumpkins! I will admit the pumpkin patch he has attached to him at this point is pretty scary looking to me! I will go attach a pic of it and let ya see!
