Ugly was mailed on Wednesday...had a problem on Tuesday and didn't get it out. But she is on her way! I labeled her on the front as "old ugly" trying to make sure she was handled with care!

Well, "Ole Ugly" himself finally decided to land here today. I had to run down and rescue all my other mail fron the mail box before it melted with ugliness. He's looking mighty healthy indeed. I actually like some of the fabrics too. It will be Thursday or Friday before I can send him on his way. Possibly Wednesday, if I can squeeze in the time.
I think I'm going to add a Spongebob fabric I found lurking in the bottom of on of my fabric stashes. Connie, I'm not sure who I'm supposed to send him on to? Could you let me know? Kim, it's 5" finished, so cut your squares at 5 1/2". Have fun!!
I agree, there are some nice fabrics in there. Just goes to show, what one finds ugly is what another will like. "One man's treasure, another man's trash" as the saying goes. Gerda Quilt on! A day hemmed in prayer seldom unravels. Keep looking UP! When it seems there is no way out, there is always a way up! |
