The kitties have started to already arrive!!!!

I received Cindi's (Zoopme) and Linda O's today!

These quilts are just going to be the cutest ever.

Cindi, I just love the colors of these little calico cats and tiny fowers. Wherever did you find this fabric?

Linda, awww ... that little kitten face is so precious. You must have a lot of kitty fabric in your stash to have such different center fabric. I love them all!

I think I am going to look in the novelty fat quarters of every quilt shop I visit now and collect a stash of my own.

Yesterday there were more little kitties in my mailbox !!!

Nothing from Australia, yet, Kylie, so those little kits are going to be happy to arrive and hop out to play with the other kitty blocks.

This is probably going to be my favorite quilt !!!! I love these blocks!!!!

Now why did I not think of making a quilt with kitty fabrics? I love cats. I just have never done much with novelty fabrics. I sure have been missing out!

Barb ... I got you blocks yesterday and the kitty faces are just adorable and the black paw print border goes very well with my own border fabric. The bright calico cat fabric is so cute! I love the bright paw prints, too ... my kitties have tracked a bit if paint around before like this. Thank you so much for such pretty blocks!

Debbie ... your kitties arived at their new home, too! I love the three blocks with the kitten and yarn fabric, so colorful. One of these centers has two playful kitties that look just like BOTH of my cats! And more and different black border fabric. This quilt will be a standout! And an extra bonus surprise fourth block! It has the most adorable sayings on it like "catitude"and the colors are so bright and lovely! You are too nice!!! Thank You!!!!

Looking forward to more kitties to play with ... Hmmm ... I wonder if there will be any today ... watching for the mail carrier has never been this much fun! Pat

Today I found a mailbox full of kitties, ...
including your blocks, Kylie. My family was surprised to find I had quilt friends in Australia.

Kylie ... such pretty fabrics. I love the blue and white. I held up these blocks to my family and they said the same as I was thinking ... that both kitties on them bear quite a resemblance to our little tiger striped and our black and white tuxedo cat. Nothing wrong with these blocks, Kylie ... nice even 1/4 inch seams. Great job!

Jean ... I received your pretty blocks today, too. I really like this border paw print. I have other blocks with the dark barckground of this print and the light ones will make such a nice contrast in the quilt. The center fabric with the black outline cat is just darling.

Betty ... awww ... the cat peaking out of the purse with the butterfly on it is just too cute ... and my DD's cat is named Butterfly. (I am going to have a time keeping this quilt away from my DD )I love the colors in this border fabric, the pastel pawprints on the deep rose background.

These Happy Blocks are just so cute, ladies, you have outdone yourselves.
