These happy blocks are so easy to make and make nice cozy quilts for the winners.

We just need to make sure that those that sign up and do not participate are not allowed to participate in the future. It's only fair!

I've got to do the June blocks... but am in the middle of 14 Water bottle holders for my grandson's ball team. They are selling them to raise month so I'm knee deep so to speak! lol

I do want to say this one thing so it will not come as a surprise to those that sign-up and do not mail the blocks they promised. Even if you are signed up for the next month but have not sent your blocks for a previous month, your name will not go into the drawing!

I believe this is fair to all! I hate to be the voice of reason but having been on the end of not receiving it's not a good feeling! It also causes hard feeling when there should be none!

The other day I was at the bottom of the main page and I noticed on the number total that BC has had a lot of new people sign up lately ... ... and we are nearing our 1000th member! woot woot! A major celebration shall be in order soon!

In regards to the May Happy Blocks Swap, I have sent both Vicky and Shelia a PM asking them to let me know before the drawing for the June blocks if they have received everyone's blocks ...

... so if there is anyone out there who just found their blocks under a pile of stash and needs to dash to the post office and send their May blocks out by priority mail, tomorrow is the time to do so!

Gerda and Betty E. Thanks for the beautiful blocks. Sorry I am so late in posting. I have not felt well all week and I am moving rather slowly. I did finish the quilt that had to be done and she loved it, so maybe I can get caught up with other things now.
