Congrats Jean! You LUCKY gal, you! At least I will be able to see and pet this quilt top when I see you. It's a beautiful top. Can't wait to see how you finish it up.

'Doing the Snoopy happy dance'...OH MY GOODNESS... I can't believe this. It is a most gorgeous top for sure..Thanks to all who made it that way. I was showering and doing meself up (cause if I didn't do it early, I'd get sidetracked, lol) and when I came into the living room, noticed I had a message - it said, "Hey, where are you, you won, you stinker"....(it was from LindaO) I'm thinking, huh??? So I sign on and YEPPERS, there it says JEAN, calling JEAN. Coulda blew me over. Linda seems to think I MIGHT border it in PINK, don't kno where she'd get THAT idea..lolo

Thanks to all of you - and thanks to Nola - what a way to start the day.. WOOHOOOO...Hope you'all have a great day too..(I don't have ANY emoticons on here anymore, they disappeared, no one can find them!!) so WOOHOOO, 'happy dance' has to do.

Jean I am so excited for you! Now Linda and I and whoever else fell in love with this quilt (Betty?) will all be scrambling to get our own snowballs together. Mine will be last of course because I'm still collecting batik fq's.

Now a question. My dad says there is a huge fabric warehouse somewhere in OKC. He can't remember where or what the name of it is. So maybe you can help me out here. I have looked in the phone book but most of them listed are for upholstery fabric. And if you call the others and ask, they say 'oh yes we are what your looking for' Hmmm, I just hate to drive all that way to find a store no bigger than what I have here. So if you know of this place can you let me know? I really need to find a new place to buy fabric! Ha!

I had to take John to eye doc today and thought about it cause I met a fellow quilter and we were chatting. So I called my dd and had her IM Jean to see wo won! lol Couldn't believe it was Jean.

Course, it hasn't left Louisiana just yet?

Don't kno if they carry any quilt/dress fabric or not.. I've been here a long time and have never heard of a warehouse... Used to work at Hancock's, never heard anyone mention it either. I've met a lot of quilters here, never heard of one.. Sorry, this is all I have..

Thanks Jean, I will give them a call. If I find a pot of gold here, I will let you know. Dad lives in Ardmore now and has for about 20 years so he may be remembering something from waaaayy back. LOL Gotta love him though, at least he is still helping me out.
