I hope all of you are getting permission from KIM for any & all swaps, exchanges, & such of that nature. That would also include the rules for swaps posted here.

I have received no word from KIM that that she has approved these. (I have never known her to turn down anything of this nature in the past.)

These were her rules stated to me long ago. Just remember, this is still her board, all things are approved through her first.

When this has come up in the past Kim's response to me was always "You don't need my permission but it is probably good to let me know about swaps in case someone where to ask me or complain about one..so that I know in advance".

Debbie, KIM's rules are few...
1. Anything that uses Block Central as a "starting base" needs her permission. (as said, I personally have never known her to turn a single thing down?)
2. Be very careful of copywrite laws & do not do any infringement of those .(She can get in a lot of trouble for any of us doing so! She is responsible for this board since she pays for it)
3. Rudeness will not be tolorated, for any reason.
4. No profanity (nor things of that nature)
5. Just basically: the Golden Rule applies.We all live pretty well(or should) by these rules in general life.

That pretty well covers it , I believe, anything else is simply an adaptation of the above.

Don't get upset, Debbie, she is very laid back about such. It is just a common courtesy to ask her.

I am not meaning to start a fracus for all here, it is just that her rules need to be followed
(they are not my rules--just the "Boss"--however, I agree with them.)

I think it would be great to hear from Kim regarding the rules and such. Since we have so many new members it may be time for a "State of the Forum" post!
