Ferrell, I'll be your partner. I know I'll be busy building, but there are bound to be rainy days that we can't get out there (like today, with 2+ inches of snow!! and it's still falling!), and with an August 1 deadline, I think I can handle it.

Oh Happy, Happy, Happy!!! My new quilt book arrived today - so tomorrow I'll stop by the LQS and check out the fabric. I know what I want for part of the pattern but need to find something for the background and borders! Anything for an excuse to buy more fabric - right?????

i think i know what i am making for my partner - she said make something i would want for myself and i think i will be making a matching one for me at the same time!! oohhhhh, the suspense of it all!!

Hi Everyone! I have decided what I am making for my partner! I found some neet patterns on the internet! I think she will find them very useful! I also found a really neat pattern that I have been wetting my pants to use so I will break that out and use it too! This is to fun because you get to talk to your partner while you are working! How does everyone else feel about the new format??? I got pictures from my partner the other day and she is so cute and has a nice looking family! It is fun finding out about other places when you have five children and dont get out much! This is like my vacation. I just pretend I am in Germany when I go on the internet! All people that wanted in are paired up but remember if you still want to join sign ups are untill the 15th of May! It sounds like everyone is having fun and remember if there are any problems just give me a shout! I am here to help! I have had a few questions about the mail out day and guess what! You are all intouch with your partners and if you both agree and are done with your projects and ready to mail I will leave that up to you if you would like to mail early! Just remember if your partner is in the US you must mail confirmed dilivery so both of you can track the packages.

Keep having fun and keep talking to your partners as this is a chance for us to get to know new friends.
