I am glad you finally got your package, Mona. That took a LOOOOOOOOOOONG time! My packages TO Germany usually only take about 8 days.

WOW! I got my package from Trina the other day and I've got to tell all of you.....I'm a lucky gal that Trina was my swap partner!! She made the most beautiful hand-quilted wall hanging in my favorite colors and sent fabric, a pattern, pins, and other goodies. I have taken pictures and will post in the album. Trina...thank you very much, and your work is magnificent!

I am so glad you liked it. I know that I enjoyed making it. But I do think my life was at risk when my family realized I was sending it away. Wink

Yippee! Yippee!

it's there. My package came today. Yippee!.
I got a neat WH . It has a picture from us on there. Also a sewing kit a cup from Minnesota a bunch of goodies . Pumkin Butter, never had that, so Im excited about trying.
I would like to let you join in the fun but I have a problem about getting the picture into the album. It says it has to be 50Kb. I have the windows resize program but it just makes the picture into 61 Kb. So can anybody help me. So I can show my goodies off. Please..

happy sewing

kerstin, i'm not sure what to tell you on the re-sizing. i have use some microsoft picture editing software that wendy sent me a link to one time - it downloaded free from the microsoft site i think. anyway, it lets me choose from a list of pre-set picture sizes, such as the Web-Small which i usually select - or i can choose to manually set the dimensions of the new size. check and see if the windows program has a manual selection feature - then just play with putting different numbers in the fields until it saves a pic at the right size and then comes the HARD part - remembering what dimensions you used!! lol

i hope this helps - i'm afraid it has probably just confused tho . . .
