Of course you can join Jody. PM Mona with your info and you're all set. We'll be taking sign ups for awhile yet. Glad to have you with us on this one.

Mona, I think I'm going to pass on this swap - not because I WANT to, but because summers in my world are so hectic. Last year I really over-extended myself, and I don't want to do that again. Better to not join, than to have to drop out.

I've got several large quilts to get finished, and we're doing some remodelling/redecorating this summer, as well as helping our daughter remodel her bathroom, and add an enclosed porch/play room on to the back of her house. This will give her added storage, and a play room for the kids - she's planning to babysit 2 or 3 kids this summer so she'll have an income during the summer. Since she works as an aide at school her income stops in the summer.

Along with the above, I'll have my big garden again, and the usual farm chores and work. I don't want to have to do a rush job on a swap, so I think I'll just have to limit my involvement in swaps until winter this year.

I'll be looking forward to seeing what everyone else makes/gets tho', and I know you're gonna do a great job as host/co-host, Mona & Connie!

Quilty hugs,
Nola

Nola,

We will miss you in this swap! I am to very busy but I said to myself that summer is less stressful around here as the kids are well and not sick and I am able to get alot of sewing in so I am working ahead to try and get a few christmas gifts out of the way and have some fun for myself. I tend not to do that to much with five children so this is my gift to myself! We will miss you honey! Keep in touch!
