shelia - you can go into your profile and add a link to your "signature" and then it will show everytime you post. as for looking at pics of other members' work, you can look in the Albums threads under Special Projects. there are also a few "what have you accomplished this month" threads under Forum Announcements and lots of pics in those. happy looking!
